When you’re going to set out to undertake any specific action, it’s a good idea to check that you are ready for such an undertaking.  This applies whether you are going to run in the City to Bay fun run, take a motoring holiday, or get ready for the football season.

But, obviously, just getting ready for a specific action is not enough, you need to work out what you have to do to achieve your Goals, have a plan to follow, and the means of regularly checking progress.

If you are going to do this for a fun run, a holiday or a sport, it is equally important to consider such a process if you want to grow your business.

Our new “Business Builder” Program has been specially developed to do just this.

Working with an assigned Business Adviser, you will work through the following stages.

Stage 1- Undertake a comprehensive Business Diagnostic, to identify any problems or issues affect to health of your business

Stage 2-  Having identified the problems and issues, develop An Improvement Plan to               address and remedy these issues.

Stage 3- Having ensured that your business is in good shape, now it’s time to                               consider where you want to go, and to set a clear path for the future.

Stage 4- By now we know where we want to go, and what we have to do to get there,                    but, will it happen?  Often it’s all too easy to get tied up with day-to-day issues, working IN the business and forgetting to work ON the business. This stage sets up Key Performance Indicators, and the process of monitoring progress.

The Business Builder is a 5 month program, which can be undertaken in two segment.

Stages 1 & 2 over a 9 week period, and

Stages 3 & 4 over a 12 week period.

The program includes a comprehensive work book, full explanations of each stage, and easy to follow templates for all required procedures.

The Business Builder costs $350 for each of the two segments, or $600 for the full 21 week program.

A no obligation, free initial meeting with the assigned Business Adviser can be organised by phoning the BEC, 8397 9555.
